Boundary Waters Trip July/August 2024

REGISTRATION FOR THIS TRIP WILL OPEN IN APRIL 2024

Itinerary:

Monday:

We will leave Maineville at 6:00 a.m. sharp and drive to Ely, Minnesota in a 15 passenger van, spending the night in the Outfitter Camp's hostel.  (You have the option to secure airline reservations and transportation, at your own expense from the Duluth or Minneapolis airports and to and from the outfitter camp if you prefer this to the 14 hour van ride that is included.)  All van riders should plan to arrive in Maineville no later than 5:45 a.m.  We will be on the road at 6:00 a.m.!

Tuesday - Saturday:

We will be canoeing and fishing through lakes and rivers with breathtaking beauty by day, and having campfires, conversation and camaraderie by night.  

Satuday:

We will be picked up by the Outfitter at the end of the day and will spend the night at the Outfitter Camp's hostel again, sharing stories of our adventures.

Sunday:

We will depart Ely early in the morning for the drive back to Maineville.  Those who have flown in will leave the hostel at the appropriate time to return their rental car and catch their return flight.  

Your 7 day adventure into the wild will be $750.  This includes transportation, all gear (Kevlar canoes and top of the line camping gear), and meals from Tuesday morning thru Saturday's lunch.  *There will be an opportunity to purchase dinner in Ely on Saturday night.

You are responsible for clothing, toiletries, fishing gear, along with anything else that you'd like to carry and (any airline and car reservations, if you are not traveling with the group from Maineville, ohio.)

Registration is open and will fill up fast.  Maximum 8 men, first come first served. Contact us to get on the waiting list if this trip is full.
